For the past few years we have decorated a cross in church on Easter Sunday with daffodils. As we couldn’t do that this year we’ve been encouraged to be creative at home; thinking of ways to symbolise Easter. Here are some of the contributions.
- Easter cards by Carole and Roy
- An Easter Garden from Pauline
- An NHS rainbow from Malcolm
- Tim, Abaigh, Sammie and Mollie decorated the crucifix at St Theresa’s
- St Theresa’s
- Easter gifts for neighbours from Arun and Maya in New Delhi…
- … and the response from a grateful neighbour
- Some narcissi in Terry’s front porch
- An Easter cake made by Ian’s granddaughter
- A daffodil cross at the Manse
- Roy captured these beautiful primroses
- Ian spotted this flower cross at the Methodist Church in Darley Dale
- Lillian sent this picture, “to cheer in a bleak time. My view from the window”
- Spring lambs by Mark Taylor
- Mollie created this picture from being out in nature
- Brian and Jenny’s cross
- Susie, Frank and JoJo’s Easter pictures
